A lot of people stress out about it at my work too. I really hate my job, so I try not to let it get to me. Although, I was on an action plan last November because of my insurance sales though. I successfully completed it though. That did stress me out, but now that I have an end date in my mind, I just don't care anymore.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do when I leave. First go on vacation (with my family - that's been planned for some time), take a little break and then just start applying for jobs. Ideally I'd like to work in the government, but I've been applying for jobs in there for quite some time and it's very hard to get in externally. Otherwise some kind of admin job somewhere. Hopefully not dealing with the public.
It's not dumb, I was pretty cryptic. I make handmade cards, using rubber stamps for the images and the company who makes them is called Stampin' Up. I got into it through my sister who is a demonstrator for them (similar to Avon or Mary Kay, except crafty!) And for some reason people call it stamping.
