Agh it's horrible when you are at weddings and barely know anyone. I imagine it's ten times worse though when you USED to know them all so well, but they seem like different people now. Sounds like you survived though :P
KPIs and action plans!!!! The bane of my existence while i worked in pet insurance. Everything was so closely monitored and if you slipped below your performence average even on one day, the team leader was down on you like a ton of bricks. I never got put onto an action plan (purely because i wasn't there long enough) but it was seriously all the others in the office worried about. Some stressed out about it so much, they made themselves cry!!! :-| What are you planning to do when you leave?
I'm going to be a bit dumb and ask what stamping is?
